📢 We’re Hiring | MEAL Field Workers – Baghdad Al-Aghsan Foundation for Agricultural and Environmental Development is seeking Field Workers to support Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) activities, including surveys, data collection and field assessments. 📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq, with travel to assigned field sites. 💼 Engagement: Daily work on an as-needed basis. 📅 Application deadline: 22 September 2026. Selected candidates will receive training before undertaking assignments. Work is expected to be fewer than 10 days per month, with no guaranteed minimum number of working days. This is not a full-time position. Key responsibilities: • Conduct interviews, surveys and monitoring visits. • Collect and review data using paper-based and digital tools. • Obtain informed consent and protect participants’ confidentiality. • Report field challenges and support community feedback processes.
