Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs Provide accurate information on service options, timelines, and costs Coordinate with technicians to track repair/service progress Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction with completed services Required Qualifications: University degree Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in automotive service or customer-facing roles Fluency in Arabic and English Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the automotive industry Familiarity with service management systems Location: Baghdad
