As a Senior SDET on the Quality Platform team, you will build shared testing infrastructure, frameworks, and AI-assisted tooling relied upon by engineering teams. You will partner with product engineering, Quality Advocates, and SRE to enhance developer productivity and release confidence. The role focuses on creating platform automation and developer tools to ensure high-quality software across the organization.
Build and evolve shared quality platform, test automation frameworks, and developer tooling. Design and develop AI-assisted test authoring infrastructure. Own CI integration standards and improve build reliability. Design test harnesses for AI-powered product capabilities. Identify and eliminate systemic test debt and flaky tests. Build shared testing utilities and frameworks. Partner with Quality Advocates, product engineering teams, and SRE. Evaluate emerging AI testing tools.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or similar technologies. Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience writing, debugging, and maintaining production application code. Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Experience building developer tooling or testing infrastructure. Experience using AI development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor. Expert level of English.
Experience building test harnesses for AI-powered features. Experience building or maintaining autonomous or agentic AI systems. Experience evaluating AI-powered developer tools. Experience building observability and quality metrics into testing platforms.
