Senior Logistic Supervisor

About the Job

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise logistics operations, including raw material and sub-warehouses, receiving, storage, distribution, and supply chain activities. - Plan material requirements, receiving schedules, internal distribution, and finished goods shipments according to production and storage capacity. - Train and supervise logistics staff on departmental procedures, GMP, GSP, and internal protocols. - Coordinate with Procurement, Production, QA, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations. - Review purchase requisitions, follow up on procurement activities, and support supplier selection based on quality, cost, availability, and reliability. - Monitor material issuance, inventory movement, documentation, and logistics records. - Support warehouse setup and logistics planning for new departments and operational units. - Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements. - Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing, or healthcare sector. - Previous supervisory/team leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, GMP, and GSP requirements. - Strong planning, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office - Excellent communication and team-management skills. - Good command of Arabic and English.
