The Business Development & Strategic Sourcing Officer will identify and qualify local and international suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure continuous supply of infant milk powder and related packaging materials. The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong English, negotiation, and ERP skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field • 3–5 years experience in procurement or strategic sourcing • Minimum 2 years experience in industrial, packaging, or food supplies • Strong English written and spoken proficiency • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems • Ability to negotiate, organize, and follow up on tasks • Knowledge of quality and food safety standards • Preferred certifications: CIPS or CPSM
