6sense is seeking a Product Lead for its AI Platform to own the AI operating system (AI OS) and lead a specialized pod of Product Managers. The role combines hands‑on technical leadership with people‑management responsibilities, defining architectural standards, modernizing developer experience, establishing evaluation and trust frameworks, and shaping foundational model strategy.
Lead and scale a high‑performing pod of Product Managers; act as people manager (hiring, coaching, development); define pod operating model separating platform infrastructure from agentic capabilities; own AI orchestration layer design and evolution; modernize internal SDKs and capability registration patterns; define evaluation, trust, and security standards for AI outputs; drive foundational model strategy including routing, cost optimization, and compute management; serve as strategic partner to Head of Intelligence Product, surfacing technical risks and translating AI strategy into operational reality.
