The PMO Director will lead oversight, governance, reporting, and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
Oversee initiative delivery, manage portfolio risks, provide progress reports to senior leadership, ensure compliance with PMO standards, review project documentation, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, lead the Program Management and Reporting teams, support vendor management and delivery tracking.
Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of experience in project or program management; Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex portfolios; Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation programs; PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification preferred; Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract compliance; Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic; English preferred; Strong leadership, risk management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
