We are seeking a Performance & Data Analyst to monitor performance, analyze data, develop actionable insights, and support evidenceābased decisionāmaking across the organization.
Bachelorās degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; 3ā5 years of relevant experience in performance management, analytics, BI, consulting, or monitoring/evaluation; Strong Excel, data analysis, and dashboard/BI skills; Experience working with large datasets; Knowledge of KPI frameworks and data governance; Fluency in Kurdish and English, written and spoken; Strong analytical, communication, and problemāsolving skills
