Axiom is seeking a Talent Partner (HR Business Partner) to join its global People team. This role partners with business leaders across international offices to drive people strategy, performance management, and team development. The position is responsible for supporting management, enhancing employee experience, and embedding best practices across the organization.
Partner directly with managers and leaders to advise on people needs, organizational structures, and performance management. Oversee the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, including bi-annual feedback processes, career development, and exit trend analysis. Manage employee relations issues, empower and upskill managers, and implement diversity and inclusion practices.
5+ years of experience working in an HR Business Partner role across core HR disciplines. Working knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience working with global teams. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and proactive collaboration skills.
5+ years of HR Business Partner experience across disciplines like employee relations, performance management, employment law, and compensation practices.
