KBR is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join its Basra operations team. The role focuses on promoting operational excellence, coaching field personnel, and supporting safe, efficient plant operations while ensuring compliance with procedures and HSE standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in hydrocarbon/water injection operations • Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience • Knowledge of health, safety and environment (HSE) standards • Familiarity with Control of Work systems and procedures • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong professional ethics and leadership by example • Evidence of continuous professional development and relevant training certificates
