📢 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 – 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘆 & 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 📍 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮, 𝗜𝗿𝗮𝗾 Leading the overseas sourcing of production machinery, spare parts and technical components — from supplier quotations and technical verification through shipping, customs clearance and landed cost. 🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ✅ Source and request quotations for mechanical, electrical and automation components from international suppliers. ✅ Manage the full procurement cycle, track open POs and analyze supplier lead times. ✅ Verify technical specifications and data sheets against engineering and food-grade hygienic standards. ✅ Handle customs clearance, import tariffs and trade regulations across Iraqi borders. ✅ Negotiate freight rates, select shipping methods (sea, land, air) and calculate landed costs. ✅ Coordinate COI/COC certificates, shipping documents and packing lists. ✅ Manage foreign currency payment methods with suppliers and banks. 🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical (Control/Power) or Industrial Engineering. ✔ 4–5 years in international procurement of industrial machinery, parts and equipment. ✔ Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, import procedures and Iraqi customs regulations. ✔ Familiarity with food industry components (304/316 stainless steel, pneumatic systems, PLCs, sensors, gearmotors). ✔ Professional English for technical negotiation; fluent Arabic.
