📣 JOB VACANCY: SENIOR #HR #GENERALIST Client Sector: Prestigious Private University Location: Baghdad – Al-Karkh Salary: 1,700,000 – 2,000,000 IQD (Commensurate with experience) Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview On behalf of one of our esteemed clients—a prestigious private university located in Al-Karkh HR Axis is seeking a highly qualified Senior HR Generalist. This role is responsible for overseeing and operating end-to-end human resource functions across the university, from talent acquisition to payroll, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities & Duties 🟦 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic and administrative staff, including needs analysis, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. 🟦 Payroll & Benefits Management: Accurately process monthly payroll, track attendance and absences, manage deductions, social security, and oversee rewards and compensation. 🟦 Performance Management: Develop and implement annual and periodic performance evaluation systems, tracking outcomes with department heads. 🟦 Job Descriptions & Organizational Structure: Draft and update standardized Job Descriptions (JDs) for all positions across the university and ensure structural alignment. 🟦 Employee Relations & Personnel Affairs: Oversee employment contracts, leaves, personnel files, and resolve daily administrative issues in compliance with local Labor Law. 🟦 Training & Development: Identify training needs for administrative staff and coordinate skills-enhancement programs. Requirements & Qualifications 🟦 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 🟦 Experience: 4 to 6 years of comprehensive HR experience (Preference given to candidates with background in higher education or large institutions). 🟦 Technical & Interpersonal Skills: Full proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS). Excellent working knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and Social Security regulations. H
