The HR Business Partner will collaborate with business leaders in Erbil and Basra to align people strategies with operational goals, lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, manage employee relations and investigations, provide guidance on Iraqi Labour Law and HR compliance, support performance management and employee engagement, use HR analytics for decision‑making, and assist operational teams with workforce mobilization.
Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with HRBP role, strong background in Oil & Gas industry, thorough knowledge of Iraqi Labour Law, experience in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational change, recruitment and performance management, fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English, strong stakeholder management, problem‑solving and communication skills, willingness to travel regularly between Erbil and Basra, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
