A machinery company in Erbil is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. Salary: 3,000,000 - 4,000,000 IQD (Based on Experience & Interviews). Working Days: 6 days per week. Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Gender: Open to both.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; Maintain employee records and HR documentation; Manage employee performance and workplace matters; Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; Oversee recruitment, hiring, and employee relations.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources; Strong background in HR management, recruitment, hiring, and employee relations; Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures; Experience maintaining employee records and documentation; Proven ability to manage employee performance and workplace matters; Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
