Supervise the furniture installation team and distribute daily tasks among team members. Organize and schedule installation operations, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely execution. Oversee furniture preparation, transport, and installation at client sites while maintaining quality standards. Manage team performance, address operational issues, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and furniture protection during transport and assembly. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics departments, prepare regular performance reports for management, and continuously work on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Working schedule is 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.

- At least 5 years of practical experience in team supervision and operations management, preferably within furniture, installation, or logistics sectors - Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills - Good command of English - Strong planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities - Effective communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
