Mirai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, accounting systems, and team leadership, with a strong preference for individuals with a background in construction, real estate, or engineering sectors.
• Supervise general accounting, entries, and reconciliations • Prepare financial reports, final accounts, and profit analysis • Manage contractor advances and financial statements • Oversee procurement and inventory accounts and balance reconciliation • Lead and manage the financial team and internal financial controls
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field • Minimum of 15 years of practical experience in finance and accounting • Proven experience in the construction, contracting, real estate, or engineering sectors • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and SAP/ERP systems
• Residency in the Karkh area is preferred
• 8 working hours per day • 6 working days per week
