As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will support and reduce onboarding friction within the developer community through code sample creation, debugging, and direct partner engagement. You will serve as a Storyblok advocate, helping external developers solve technical challenges using plugins, tools, and custom scripts. The role also involves monitoring community channels and representing Storyblok at online and in-person events.
Help developers understand and adopt Storyblok by conducting workshops, writing tutorials, and giving product demos. Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to showcase the headless CMS platform. Identify and document missing API/SDK features and contribute bug fixes to open-source projects. Engage with and support the developer community on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
5+ years of experience in web development. Thorough knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte). Experience with public speaking and organizing meetups or events. Strong command of the English language.
Experience with CMS and Headless CMS technologies. Knowledge of GraphQL APIs. AI literacy with the ability to leverage AI tools for productivity. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
