Responsible for developing business and external procurement activities, communicating in English with factories and suppliers abroad, researching new items and products suitable for the Iraqi market, sourcing new factories and suppliers, requesting quotations, catalogs, samples, MOQ, payment and shipping terms, negotiating with factories, studying competing products and prices, following up samples and orders, building commercial relationships, and seeking agency opportunities and new brands.

• Fluent in spoken and written English • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience in import, procurement or business development is an advantage • Proficient with computer, Excel and email • Initiative and ability to identify new opportunities • Ability to build commercial relationships inside and outside Iraq • Preference for candidates with hands‑on experience dealing with factories, import and international trade
