Sword Health is building AIâdriven healthcare solutions and seeks a Certified NurseâMidwife with IBCLC certification to join its Bloom team, a specialistâled, AIâpowered womenâs health platform, delivering remote care for pregnancy and postpartum pathways.
Deliver personalized guidance on functional, physical, and emotional aspects across pregnancy wellness, birth preparation, early postpartum recovery, and lactation support; Identify when member needs fall outside wellness scope and require clinical evaluation; Contribute to program protocol and AI development and participate in quality review; Support Bloomâs operations by shaping workflows and helping scale consistent, high-quality care delivery; Coordinate with Bloomâs multidisciplinary team.
Current unrestricted CNM licensure with national certification through AMCB; IBCLC certification; Experience in telehealth or digital health; Excellent interpersonal skills for digital care environment; Ability to balance clinical rigor with member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational support; Ability to work in fastâpaced, highâgrowth environment; Strong commitment to data security and privacy.
3+ years of clinical experience in postpartum care, lactation, and midwifery; Thorough understanding and experience in wellness services; Clear understanding of scope boundaries within wellness model.
