🚨 WE ARE HIRING | TRAINING ASSISTANT 🏢 Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright, motivated, and aspiring candidate to join its team as a Training Assistant. 📌 Position: Training Assistant 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region 🕘 Working Hours: 8 hours/day 📅 Working Days: 6 days/week (Saturday–Thursday) 🔹 Key Duties & Responsibilities • Records Management: Maintain technical, non-technical, HRD, and leadership training records and ensure employee training profiles are accurate and up to date. • Certification Issuance: Manage the issuance and follow-up of Cihan Motors and external certifications (TIQ and other providers), including printing and filing supporting evidence. • CAD Portal Coordination: Act as the daily liaison with the IT Department regarding the Training & Development section of the CAD Portal, including data requirements, testing, and content coordination. • TIQ Coordination & Logistics: Handle TIQ-related communications, phone calls, emails, and individual follow-ups, including official correspondence, training schedules, staff notifications, and session logistics such as schedules, stationery, and refreshments. • Reporting: Prepare regular status reports by branch and category and support the accuracy of KPI dashboard data. • Status Monitoring: Monitor Green / Yellow / Red status across all categories and send relevant 90-day, 30-day, and overdue reminders. • Calendar & Session Logistics: Maintain the master training calendar and coordinate venues, materials, and trainer availability. • Training Support: Provide direct support during training sessions across all four training categories when required. • Executive Support: Assist the Training & Development Manager (TDM) with additional duties and tasks as assigned. 🎓 Education & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, IT, English Language, or another related field. • Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic, both spoken and written. • Strong written
