Site Manager needed for a residential complex project in Al-Nahrawan, Baghdad.
Manage and supervise the construction site, coordinate work teams and subcontractors, read and interpret drawings and technical specifications, monitor project schedule and progress, solve problems and ensure coordination among teams.
* Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 8 years experience in execution and management of construction projects. * Previous experience in residential complex projects. * Ability to manage and follow up work teams and contractors. * Proficiency in reading drawings and technical specifications. * Ability to monitor schedule and progress percentages. * High problem‑solving and coordination skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and at least 8 years of relevant construction management experience.
