The position is for a Technical Support Engineer in the Projects department, reporting to the Sales Manager. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, six days a week (Saturday to Thursday). The role includes field visits, preparation of technical documents, and ensuring compliance with approved lighting standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Telecommunications engineering or related field; 2 to 5 years of experience in lighting design, lighting sales technical support, or electrical engineering; proficiency with DIALux, Relux, and AutoCAD; ability to conduct field visits and prepare technical documentation; excellent English (very good) for communication, reporting, and correspondence; good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
