The role involves creating content, managing social media accounts, engaging customers, and supporting sales efforts. Fluency in Arabic is required, with English and Turkish considered advantageous.
• Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts • Ability to create designs, posters, videos, and reels for product promotion • Skilled in photography, video production, and content planning • Respond to customer messages and inquiries, presenting approved pricing • Follow up with interested customers to increase sales • Coordinate with the sales team and report on post and advertising performance • Proficient in social media management and advertising content creation • Competent using Adobe, Canva, and AI tools • Skilled in image and video editing • Strong writing, communication, negotiation, and professional customer handling skills • Organized, responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team • Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer relations • Excellent Arabic writing and speaking; good English and Turkish are a plus
