We are looking for a Senior Tech Sales Executive who already knows how to sell technology and can own the full sales cycle — from the first WhatsApp inquiry to a signed proposal. The ideal candidate is confident in discovery calls, responds quickly to prospects, understands client needs, follows up consistently, and treats the CRM as their desk. This is a high-ownership sales position with real targets, real clients, and a specialized delivery team supporting the solutions sold. Key Responsibilities • Own inbound conversations through WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and the client portal. • Qualify prospects by identifying their identity, company type, needs, and timeline. • Create and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM. • Book and conduct discovery calls for qualified leads. • Present Mesopo’s capabilities confidently and professionally. • Never quote a final price for custom projects during the first call. Correctly route standard products and custom discovery requests. • Build accurate proposals and quotations. • Submit proposals for internal review before sending them to clients. • Send PDF proposals and move qualified opportunities to “Quoted.” • Follow up with clients by phone within 48 hours after quotation. • Continue following up until the opportunity is Won or has a genuine Lost reason. • Record accurate Lost reasons and revisit suitable Lost opportunities. • Ask Won clients for referrals. • Achieve activity and revenue targets with leadership support. • Keep CRM pipeline stages accurate, updated, and honest. • Coordinate clean handovers with delivery and f
