We are seeking a proactive Senior Maintenance Engineer to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Maintenance Division and ensure machines, assets, and facilities operate at optimal performance levels. The role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, ensuring equipment compliance with specifications, and driving continuous operational reliability.
- Work closely with management to identify and achieve division objectives and implement maintenance policies. - Perform a wide variety of maintenance, troubleshoot and repair all types of electrical faults. - Inspect, assemble, install, and test electrical and mechanical equipment to identify defects and ensure code compliance. - Assist Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in machine preventive maintenance and ensure operation standards are achieved. - Prepare and study electrical drawings and specifications to ensure installations conform to standards. - Comply with Health and Safety and Quality Assurance policies. - Escalate maintenance concerns to Line Managers and perform on‑call emergency service as required.
- Professional in electrical and mechanical machinery maintenance. - Proficient in PLC, SCADA, and ERP systems. - Strong knowledge of electrical design and engineering techniques. - Experience in spare parts inventory control, production auxiliary machinery, and alarm systems. - Excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
