Al Fakher Iraq is seeking a proactive Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead the Maintenance Division, ensure optimal performance of machines, assets, and facilities, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Identify and achieve division objectives with management; implement maintenance policies - Perform and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks - Inspect, assemble, install, and test equipment for defects and code compliance - Assist engineers with preventive maintenance and uphold operation standards - Review electrical drawings and specifications for proper installation - Follow Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies - Provide on‑call emergency service as needed - Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Minimum 3‑4 years experience in the FMCG sector - Proficient in PLC, SCADA, and ERP systems - Strong knowledge of electrical design, spare‑parts inventory, and alarm systems - Excellent English communication and ability to read electromechanical diagrams - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills - Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, risk‑management, time‑management, and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
