A key leadership position with a major organization in Iraq's financial sector. The role is based in Baghdad, full‑time and reports to senior management.
- At least fifteen years of experience in finance or capital markets, including ten years in the financial sector and five in a senior leadership or advisory role. - Strong grasp of how financial markets, listed companies and investment instruments work. - Experience shaping or reviewing policies, governance frameworks or institutional strategy. - Sound judgement in assessing financial statements, risk and company performance. - Fluent Arabic, with the ability to work across formal documents; English an advantage.
Postgraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field; a professional qualification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
