Job Purpose The Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding Tasheel Express’s customer base and supporting business growth by acquiring new merchants and business clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing suitable logistics and delivery solutions. The role is responsible for managing the sales journey from the first interaction through closing, activation, and early-stage follow-up to ensure a smooth transition into an active customer. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Acquisition Identify and approach potential merchants, companies, and business clients. Generate new sales opportunities through multiple channels, including: Personal and professional networks. Social media platforms. Direct visits and field prospecting. Referrals and business connections. Build a strong professional presence and represent Tasheel Express effectively in the market. Continuously develop a pipeline of qualified prospects. 2. Sales Process Management Manage the customer journey from the first point of contact until deal closure and activation. Conduct professional sales conversations to understand the client’s business and requirements. Identify customer needs, challenges, shipment volumes, and operational expectations. Present Tasheel Express services and solutions in a clear and commercially effective way. Prepare and present suitable commercial offers. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals. Collect all required customer information and documentation. Coordinate the customer handover to the relevant departments for operational activation. 3. Customer Follow-Up The Sales Representative’s responsibility does not end once the deal is closed. The role includes: Following up with newly acquired clients during the initial stage of cooperation. Ensuring the client starts using Tasheel Express services successfully. Supporting the resolution of early operational or service-related challenges. Maintaining communication with the client to ensure a positive onboarding experience. Ensuring all client information and interactions are properly recorded in the CRM system . Coordinating the transition of the client to the appropriate account management or follow-up team. 4. Cross-Department Coordination Coordinate closely with the Pickup, Operations, Customer Service, CRM, and Follow-Up teams. Ensure that new client requirements are clearly communicated internally. Follow up on any issues that may affect customer activation or satisfaction. Support smooth communication between the client and internal departments. Contribute to improving the overall customer experience. 5. Daily Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Submit daily sales activity reports. Track prospecting activities, customer meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closed deals. Provide clear updates regarding challenges, opportunities, and required support. Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or B2B services is preferred. Experience in logistics, delivery, e-commerce, or related industries is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build and maintain professional business relationships. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Comfortable with field visits and direct customer interaction. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting is preferred. Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple departments. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of qualified leads generated.
