MasterMinds is seeking a Sales Representative for a leading client in the ready-mix concrete sector based in Baghdad. The successful candidate will drive monthly and quarterly sales targets, execute client visit plans, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets including volumes and collections • Execute client visit plans and resolve customer complaints • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis, submitting weekly price reports and monthly market share reports • Monitor credit limits and reduce overdue balances in coordination with the finance department • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless order execution
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering specialty • 1 to 3 years of experience in the field within the concrete sector, with knowledge of other building materials • Proficiency in MS Office programs • Fluency in Arabic and English languages
• Sales commission and negotiable increase based on experience
