Job Purpose Lead and manage the Sales Department at Tasheel Express by developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand the merchant and client base, increase shipment volume, and build sustainable business relationships while ensuring the achievement of sales targets and continuous improvement of team performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Planning & Management Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Set sales targets and distribute them across the sales team. Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze results and take corrective actions when targets are not being achieved. Prepare periodic sales reports and present performance updates to management. 2. Sales Team Leadership Lead, supervise, and monitor the daily performance of the sales team. Coach and develop team members to improve their sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales representatives. Conduct performance evaluations based on measurable objectives and results. Build a results-driven environment that encourages accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement. 3. Client & Merchant Acquisition Identify and acquire new merchants, companies, and potential business clients. Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term business relationships. Oversee the customer journey from initial contact and negotiation through contracting, activation, and actual shipment activity. Ensure proper follow-up with newly acquired merchants to convert registrations into active accounts. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues that may affect client satisfaction or business continuity. 4. Business Development Identify new market opportunities, industries, and customer segments for expansion. Develop commercial and strategic partnerships that support the company’s growth. Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and offers in coordination with management and relevant departments. Understand client needs and propose logistics and delivery solutions that create value for both the client and Tasheel Express. Continuously look for opportunities to increase shipment volumes and revenue from existing accounts. 5. Analysis, Reporting & Cross-Department Coordination Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, customer behavior, and sales pipeline performance. Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer and opportunity data within the CRM system. Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to ensure effective service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs. Recommend improvements to sales processes, pricing approaches, and commercial strategies based on data and market insights. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably within logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, courier services, or B2B services . Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with sales data and KPIs. Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and merchants. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. High level of ownership, initiative, and results orientation.
