Rak workshop is looking for a capable Sales Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to strengthen its sales team. The role involves coordinating with design and production teams, following sales and marketing plans, understanding customer needs, preparing offers, and reporting. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or related field), good computer skills, and fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
1. Coordinate and collaborate with design, production, and other workshop departments to understand job and project requirements. 2. Work according to sales and marketing plans. 3. Research customer needs and propose suitable products and services. 4. Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers. 5. Prepare offers and follow up on customer requests. 6. Understand basic electrical and mechanical concepts to meet customer requirements. 7. Follow up and respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues. 8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 9. Participate in developing sales plans and strategies.
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2. Good computer skills, especially Office and engineering design software. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers. 4. Ability to speak and write in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. 5. Professional appearance and behavior, able to represent the company to customers. 6. Ability to solve problems and work in a team. 7. Own car and driver’s license (preferred, not mandatory). 8. Ability to visit projects as needed according to job requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related), proficiency with Office and design software, multilingual (Kurdish, Arabic, English), strong communication, professional demeanor, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities, optional personal vehicle and driver’s license.
