Dijla Factory – SuliKim is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Sales Control Officer to support and coordinate daily sales activities. The role includes monitoring sales engineers, preparing customer and project visit schedules, tracking enquiries, quotations, orders and collections, maintaining updated records, and coordinating with sales and other departments.
Monitor daily activities of sales engineers, including tasks, visits, and pending actions; Collect, review, and organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; Prepare customer and project visit schedules and field visit plans; Track customer visits, enquiries, quotations, orders, collections, and follow‑ups; Maintain up‑to‑date records of customers, projects, and sales opportunities; Prepare sales activity summaries and highlight pending matters for management; Coordinate quotations, samples, orders, deliveries, and payments with relevant departments; Arrange sales meetings, record action points, and ensure follow‑up.
