• Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably FMCG • Proven experience managing sales teams and improving performance • Good knowledge of markets in the Northern governorates and distribution networks • Ability to achieve sales targets and increase market share • Strong communication, planning and negotiation skills • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
