The Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the recruitment strategy for all companies and subsidiaries of Alattar Group Holding. Responsibilities include attracting local and international talent, especially from outside Iraq, managing candidate search, screening, evaluation, and interviews, building an international talent database, using LinkedIn and modern digital sourcing tools, developing professional networks, creating annual recruitment plans, coordinating with group companies, leading the recruitment team and setting KPIs.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience in international recruitment and sourcing candidates from outside Iraq. Proficiency with LinkedIn and candidate search tools. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes across a group of companies simultaneously.
