AT Group is looking for a Proposal Writer to lead the preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant proposals for U.S. Government and commercial contracting opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze RFQs, RFPs, solicitations, and tender documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission deadlines. Develop, write, edit, and format proposal content, including technical and management sections. Prepare compliance matrices and ensure all proposal requirements are addressed accurately and completely. Coordinate with operations, technical, finance, and management teams to collect the information required for proposals. Ensure proposals are clear, consistent, persuasive, and aligned with the solicitation requirements. Identify gaps, risks, and compliance issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them. Manage multiple proposal assignments and ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time. Support proposal reviews, revisions, and final quality checks before submission. Required Qualifications & Experience 4+ years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, tender preparation, or a closely related role. Strong experience reviewing and analyzing RFPs, RFQs, solicitations, and tender documents. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong editing and proofreading skills. Strong analytical and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and understanding of proposal compliance requirements. Experience with U.S. Government contracts, particularly DoD and/or DoS, is highly preferred. Experience working with U.S.-based government contractors is highly preferred. Proficiency in AI, Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Who We’re Looking For We are also open to candidates with strong potential who may not meet every requirement. Candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong analytical and writing abilities, and at least 1 year of practical exposure to proposal preparation, bid writing, or tender submissions may be considered.
