Activities and Tasks 1. Project Implementation – Peacebuilding and Social Cohesion Be responsible for the implementation and day-to-day coordination of assigned peacebuilding and social cohesion activities , including AVP, Salam Bus, trust-building activities, dialogue initiatives and other relevant measures in Sinjar, Baaj and other project areas. Organise and coordinate assigned activities in cooperation with project partners, local authorities, community representatives, civil society organisations, women, youth and other relevant stakeholders. Support context analyses, needs assessments, stakeholder mapping and other assessments relevant to the implementation of activities. Monitor assigned activities, follow up on agreed actions and contribute to the collection and documentation of results, participant feedback and lessons learned. Prepare and compile relevant background materials, activity documentation, summaries, presentations and inputs for project and donor reporting. Maintain complete and up-to-date project files and records in accordance with forumZFD Iraq procedures. Support project-related communication and visibility activities, including social media content and the collection of relevant photos and other materials. 2. Networking, Administrative and Logistical Support Be responsible for the logistical and administrative organisation of assigned project activities , including workshops, dialogue meetings, trainings and other events, covering venues, travel, accommodation, catering, transportation, participant arrangements and required materials. Be responsible for the complete and timely documentation of assigned activities , including participant lists, supporting documents, activity records and filing in the project documentation system. Maintain regular communication and coordination with project partners, local authorities, community representatives and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of activities. Support the development and maintenance of relevant local networks and accompany forumZFD Iraq management and project colleagues to meetings with authorities, partners and other stakeholders, as required. Provide translation and interpretation support during meetings and for project-related documents, as required. Support project-related financial, procurement and other administrative processes in coordination with the responsible colleagues. Provide operational support to the forumZFD Iraq office, including the maintenance of premises, equipment and project materials. Perform other tasks related to project implementation as assigned by the line manager or the forumZFD management. Inform and update the forumZFD Iraq management regularly on ongoing developments regarding project implementation and the security situation in the region. Perform other related tasks based on need and agreement. Qualifications required 1. Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in project implementation and/or project administration, preferably with an international organisation. 2. Practical experience in implementing and coordinating peacebuilding or social cohesion or related activities, including the organisation of workshops, meetings and community-based activities in the region, especially in Sinjar and Baaj. 3. National based in Sinjar, with good knowledge of the local context and peacebuilding and social cohesion needs in Sinjar and the wider region, as well as experience working in Ninewa Governorate. 4. Excellent written and spoken Kurdish and Arabic, and good command of English. 5. Strong organisational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in activity planning, logistics and documentation. 6. Experience in working and communicating with local authorities, community representatives, partner organisations and other relevant stakeholders, with the ability to establish and maintain professional networks. 7.
