Define & Own the Product Vision: evolve product strategy, build long‑term vision, champion roadmap, set OKRs and success metrics. Solve Ambiguous Problems: break open‑ended problems into opportunities, balance customer, technical, operational, and business constraints, lead through ambiguity. Drive End‑to‑End Execution and Delivery: lead product team through full lifecycle, write clear specifications, collaborate with design, engineering, growth, customer success, and operations, ensure launches are operationally ready, align stakeholders. Measurement, Experimentation and Iteration: define success metrics and measurement frameworks for major initiatives, run experiments, iterate based on data.
