Position Summary Shahan Company is seeking a creative and technically capable Photographer & Videographer to produce professional visual content for the company’s projects, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, events, and communication needs. The role combines photography, videography, editing, and content preparation, and requires strong visual judgment, reliable execution, and the ability to deliver polished content across different digital formats. Key Requirements • Professional experience in photography, videography, or visual-content production. • Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating photography, videography, editing, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling. • Strong working knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilizers, microphones, and related production equipment. • Proficiency in professional photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software. • Ability to create content for social media, including Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and other digital formats. • Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, sound capture, color correction, and visual consistency. • Ability to manage shoots, revisions, files, and deadlines in an organized and professional manner. Preferred Skills • Experience in construction, architecture, real estate, hospitality, events, products, or corporate photography and videography is preferred. • Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, advanced color grading, or Adobe After Effects is an advantage. • Relevant degree, diploma, certification, or professional training in photography, filmmaking, media production, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to coordinate effectively with teams and management. Key Responsibilities • Plan and carry out professional photography and video shoots for company projects, campaigns, events, properties, facilities, and promotional activities. • Capture and edit high-quality photographs and video footage in line with approved briefs and company branding standards. • Prepare reels, short promotional videos, project updates, event highlights, interviews, and other visual content for digital platforms. • Produce content in vertical, horizontal, and other required formats for social media, websites, presentations, and advertising use. • Coordinate with the Marketing team and relevant departments regarding shoot requirements, schedules, creative direction, and deadlines. • Organize and archive original footage, edited files, photographs, and final approved content for easy retrieval and future use. • Maintain assigned cameras and production equipment carefully and report any maintenance or replacement needs. • Follow confidentiality, privacy, site-access, safety, and content-approval requirements when filming or photographing company activities and locations.
