Shahan Company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to organize and manage daily operations, supervise staff, control inventory, and ensure service standards are met in Duhok, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
Organize and manage daily tasks; supervise and monitor staff performance; control inventory and ensure accurate stock levels; enforce service standards and resolve operational issues; coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality or a related field; 2–5 years of relevant work experience; proficiency in Arabic (required) and English (preferred); strong organizational, coordination, inventory control, and problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 2–5 years of experience in operations or related area; Arabic fluency; English knowledge; ability to lead teams and manage daily operational processes.
