Nurse/Patient Service Technician responsible for welcoming patients, managing registrations, scheduling appointments, performing initial assessments, assisting physicians, administering medications, providing first aid, handling samples, operating equipment, responding to inquiries, delivering lab and home‑nursing services, maintaining confidentiality, managing supplies, and performing administrative tasks.
Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable, patient‑centred experience; Register patients, enter data into the electronic system, and provide requested services; Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments and coordinate patient flow across departments; Perform initial assessments, including vital signs and pre‑examination preparation; Collect and document objective and subjective health information; Assist physicians during examinations and procedures; Administer medications and treatments as instructed by physicians; Provide basic and advanced first aid in emergencies; Collect, label, and transport blood and laboratory samples following infection‑control standards; Operate and maintain medical equipment and educate patients on its use; Respond to patient inquiries, handle messages and calls, and coordinate with other departments; Deliver laboratory and basic home‑nursing services as required; Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety, infection‑control, and waste‑disposal protocols; Monitor and replenish medical supplies and first‑aid equipment; Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, archiving, and email correspondence; Support operational and clinical processes and undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
