A new residential complex near Baghdad International Airport is in its early construction phase, with excavation and foundation works underway. The employer seeks qualified engineering staff to join the project from its inception and contribute to design, supervision, and execution across all engineering disciplines.
Design, supervision, and execution of mechanical, civil, electrical, and architectural works for the residential complex.
Mechanical Engineer: experience with HVAC, water and sewage networks, fire‑fighting systems; review execution drawings; supervise site works; coordinate with other disciplines. Civil Engineer: experience in civil works for residential complexes and multi‑storey buildings; handle field and office tasks; prepare BOQ, cost estimates, progress reports; monitor contracts and payments; ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Electrical Engineer: experience in electrical installations for residential complexes; knowledge of power distribution, panels, lighting, grounding, low‑voltage systems (CCTV, communications, fire alarm); review electrical drawings; supervise execution; coordinate with other disciplines. Architect: experience in residential and multi‑storey projects; review architectural drawings; supervise site implementation; expertise in finishes, façades, detailing; proficient in AutoCAD and preferably Revit; coordinate with other disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field and proven practical experience in construction projects, preferably residential complexes.
