Yields, a company specialized in kitchen wood and décor manufacturing, is hiring a Marketing and Field Follow-up Officer to expand the market in Baghdad and surrounding provinces, attract new customers, build a network of distributors, traders, and exhibition partners, visit clients to present products, negotiate and close sales, monitor market trends and competitor pricing, and prepare regular sales reports.

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in marketing or sales; Proven ability to acquire new customers and develop commercial relationships; Preferably experienced in wood, construction materials, furniture, kitchens, or décor sales; Experience dealing with traders, exhibitions, distributors, and workshops; Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills; Ability to organize visits, track leads, and follow up on sales opportunities; Willingness to work in the field and travel across Baghdad and other provinces; Demonstrated seriousness, commitment, and responsibility for market development and results
