A commercial bank in Baghdad is seeking specialized banking professionals for customs declarations within its International Banking Department to strengthen its international operations.
- Monitor and audit customs declarations related to external remittances and import transactions. - Work with the ASYCUDA system and related electronic platforms. - Review commercial and customs documents to ensure they match external remittance data. - Follow up transactions to ensure accurate and timely completion. - Comply with instructions and regulations issued by the Central Bank of Iraq and supervisory authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related fields. - Practical banking experience in customs declarations or external remittances. - Good knowledge of the ASYCUDA system and import/customs procedures. - Familiarity with Central Bank of Iraq guidelines on external transfers. - Proficient computer and banking systems skills. - Accuracy, strong follow‑up, coordination and task completion abilities. - Proficiency in English.
