CPECC is hiring Iraqi nationals for multiple technician positions at the Basra/Zubair oil field. Roles include Instrument, Electrical, Pipe Fitter, and Welding Technicians responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in an oil and gas environment.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in oil & gas, EPC, or industrial facilities. - Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and equipment servicing. - Practical expertise related to the specific trade. - Ability to identify equipment faults and perform safe maintenance or repairs. - Proficiency in reading technical drawings, manuals, and procedures. - Good understanding of HSE requirements, including PTW, LOTO, PPE, and safe work practices. - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary maintenance team. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Capability to work under site conditions and adhere to shift schedules. - Physical and professional ability to perform field‑based maintenance duties.
