The People Analytics & HRIS Analyst serves as the bridge between HR data, HR technology, and business decisionāmaking, transforming people data into insights through dashboards, reporting, analysis, and data visualization while maintaining a strong working knowledge of Workday.
Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports; analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, performance, talent, engagement, diversity, absenteeism, and workforce demographics; develop recurring and adāhoc reporting; move reporting toward trend analysis, predictive insights, and risk identification; create executiveāready visualizations; establish consistent definitions and metrics; meet with leaders to translate business questions into analytics solutions; proactively identify trends and provide insights; educate HR partners on data interpretation; maintain strong knowledge of Workday HCM data and reporting capabilities; build/support Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards; partner with HRIS and functional HR teams; identify and resolve dataāquality issues; support testing and implementation of HRIS changes; ensure HR data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance; develop reporting standards and documentation; monitor data quality and enforce confidentiality and access controls.
5+ years experience with people analytics; working knowledge of Workday (Discovery Boards, Workday Prism Analytics); advanced knowledge of Power BI or Tableau dashboard creation; proven track record implementing or managing Workday HRIS platform; Workday configuration and UAT experience; excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical, project management, problemāsolving, and criticalāthinking skills; strong client service and relationshipābuilding abilities; dataāvisualization storytelling skills.
5+ years experience with people analytics; working knowledge of Workday (Discovery Boards, Workday Prism Analytics); advanced Power BI or Tableau skills; proven Workday HRIS implementation/management experience; Workday configuration and UAT consulting; excellent communication; analytical, project management, problemāsolving, criticalāthinking; client service orientation; dataāvisualization storytelling.
