Mirai General Contracting is hiring a General Accountant / Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Baghdad. The role involves handling daily accounting entries, managing contractor advances and financial obligations, overseeing cash and expense operations, preparing periodic financial reports, and utilizing accounting software.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience - Proficiency in preparing journal entries and recording financial transactions - Experience monitoring contracts, contractor advances, and financial receivables - Ability to manage cash flow, treasury, and expense processes - Competence in preparing and submitting regular financial reports - Skilled in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably SAP - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel - Ability to use Windows 365 / Business Control - Preference for candidates residing in the side of Karkh
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
