The Corporate Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's corporate support functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations. This role manages departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Procurement while supporting strategic objectives within the ISP sector.
Develop and implement Corporate Services strategies aligned with growth plans. Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, CapEx, OpEx, and cost optimization. Manage administrative operations, company assets, offices, facilities, and fleet. Lead procurement, contract administration, and vendor management. Oversee HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management. Establish corporate policies, governance frameworks, and internal controls. Lead risk management and business continuity. Drive digital transformation and continuous process improvement. Prepare executive reports and performance dashboards.
10-15 years of experience in an ISP, telecommunications, or tech infrastructure company. Fluent in Arabic and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
