WE ARE HIRING – COMMISSION MANAGER (Power Project) 📍 Location: Iraq Nationality: Local Iraqi Nationals Only We are looking for an experienced Commission Manager to join our team in Iraq, with strong experience in the Power, Oil & Gas sectors . 🔹 What We’re Looking For: • 10+ years of experience in power, infrastructure, oil & gas, or related sectors • Proven track record in commissioning power plants, MV transformer stations, and substations (33kV & 132kV) • Strong understanding of Grid Code, safety procedures, environmental regulations, and industry best practices • Experience in designing and managing performance-based commission structures • Skilled in accurate commission calculation, reporting, auditing, and training teams on commission policies • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) , with strong reporting skills • Ability to develop Plant Manuals, O&M Manuals, switching, and safety procedures • Fluent in English • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Design and manage commission structures tied to performance • Oversee accurate commission calculations and payments • Lead commissioning activities for PV arrays, trackers, inverters, and substations • Ensure compliance with Grid Code, safety, and environmental regulations • Generate insightful reports on commission trends and ROI • Conduct audits for accuracy and transparency • Train teams on commission policies and best practices • Work closely with management and operational teams to ensure effective implementation of commission programs 🎓 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Important Requirement: This position is open to LOCAL IRAQI NATIONALS ONLY. Candidates must be currently based in Iraq.
