- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline - 1 to 3 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in drilling and cutting metal - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks - Knowledge of laser machine operation - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical measurements - Understanding of machine setup, tool selection, and production quality monitoring - Commitment to occupational safety and equipment maintenance - Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
