This role is a full-time on-site role in Basra, Iraq with travel requirement. Supervisor The role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our Iraq Business Unit. Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. Transforming the world. This Project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in 2 phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production. The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24”, ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities. Our scope is to provide Engineering, Procurement services and Construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. The scope of services includes FEED, detailed design, procurement support, and construction and commissioning assistance. Will guarantee transparency in relations with subcontractors. HSE activities: Support and enforce project guidelines and HSE objectives. Attend HSE meetings and training when necessary. Participate in Job Safety Analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report anomalies and dangerous acts. Activities, for his area of expertise: Supervise and control the selected Contractor’s to carry out the Civil & Structural works in their premises in prefabrication and under construction on the Sites. Ensure the proper execution of the works in compliance with safety and environmental protection procedures, technical specifications, budgets, and schedules, Optimize and follow the work schedules, to do this check the good organization of the logistics and the Contractor's site, Ensure good coordination / interface between the Site (the Contractor and the Operator) and the
